Dinner Preparations

I created this environment for my final in college. I had fun making the produce and cauldron. I used the lattice, bend, and deforming tools more than expected but the results were terrific. I then import the assets into Unreal 5 which was tricky because I'd never used the new engine before except for unreal 4. Afterward, I put the kitchen into substance painter and colored it there. I figured out how to import maps from Substance Designer into Painter, which made some of the hard models easier to customize. Finally, I brought the texture back into Unreal using a packed texture setting in Substance Painter and hooked the PNGs into their proper materials. At first, the colors were very washed out and I had to adjust the lighting values which corrected everything. In the long run, I enjoyed everything about this project and can't wait to create more.
