Summary
I, Antonia B. Harris, currently see the concept artist industry as a place of comfort, where an inspiring artist can come together with game developers and make an interactive storybook for the public. Being an artist means being flexible and ever-changing in the market. Putting ideas on paper that no one else can. The entire industry is growing with new animation movies, video games, and mobile games coming out every day. Since I was a young child I’ve watched the growth of animated cartoons for the better and how far computer graphics have come since the late 1990s. Mimicking what I saw on tv I was able to start composing an artistic portfolio based on my imagination. I will have to put more time and effort into my portfolio if I want to show my best work. Everyone judges art differently and I can’t assume everyone will read my art the same way I do. I must be able to convey a message without saying or having to explain the message itself. After graduating from Full Sail University, I will submit my artwork to Image Comics or Rooster Teeth and apply to work at Nintendo studio as a remnant of when I enjoy the Pokémon series.
