Midnight Neon Town

I wanted to build another town just with different aspects. This town is what I imagine a busy nightlife would be. Street signs were everywhere, businesses opened late and apartments were still awake with people inside of them. it was sorta stressful creating this project in less than a week but I enjoyed researching the references.
